New patients
We are accepting new patients on all four panels.
Step one
Call the front desk. The first conversation takes about five minutes and covers insurance and scheduling.
Step two
We request records from your previous practice. You sign a release; we do the chasing.
Step three
Book a 45-minute intake visit. Longer than a physical, because the history takes time.
